1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Huppels ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Huppels is an online marketplace that connects families with activity providers offering children's activities, camps, and courses. We act as an intermediary platform and are not the provider of the activities themselves.

Activity providers are independent businesses responsible for the activities they offer. Huppels does not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any activity.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Types

We offer two types of accounts: Parent accounts for families booking activities, and Provider accounts for businesses offering activities. Each account type has different terms and responsibilities.

4. Bookings and Payments

Booking Process

When you book an activity through our platform, you enter into a direct agreement with the activity provider. Huppels facilitates the booking but is not a party to this agreement.

Payment Terms

• All prices are in Euros unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the time of booking
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Service fees may apply to bookings

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual activity providers. Please review the provider's cancellation policy before booking. Huppels service fees may be non-refundable.

5. For Activity Providers

Activity providers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their activities
• Maintain all necessary licenses and insurance
• Comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations
• Honor all confirmed bookings
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Pay applicable platform fees

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Circumvent payment through our platform
• Scrape or collect user data without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Huppels or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huppels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any activities booked through the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huppels, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
